Have You Ever Eaten at Chick Fila?

If you have ever eaten at a Chick Fila (CF for short going forward☺) then you know they have exceptional customer service.

I am seriously amazed that regardless of which CF you go to the experience is pretty much the same. If you tell the person that is working…thank you they in return say “It’s My Pleasure”.

Literally regardless of who you speak to there they will always say “It’s My Pleasure”

You know when most people think of fast food they don’t link great customer service. Nothing against the fast food industry, it’s just the majority of the time everyone is in a hurry.

I went to CF tonight with my two daughters. We were kind of in a hurry so when we pulled up to the drive thru there were about 50 people in front of us. I said to my girls, I will just run in really quick and order in there.

As I proceeded inside I was shocked there was a huge line in there as well. Instead of turning around I just waited for my turn. I ordered my food and of course said thank you, and the girl replied “It’s My Pleasure”.

I proceeded to wait for my food. I saw a worker standing in front of the counter, and I thought he was probably just off his shift waiting for his own food. Then all of a sudden this guy walks up to me holding two bags and say “James here’s your order sir”. I was like…thank you.

Take a guess what he said back…”It’s My Pleasure”.

The reason I am writing this article today is not to promote CF. There are actually some valuable lessons I learned tonight.

First, it doesn’t always make sense to change the direction you are headed just because things don’t look easy. You see by the time I got my food and got back to my car there was literally no one in the drive thru. All those who waited it out actually got their food quicker thank me.

Secondly, if you provide a service that is second to none it will have people like me wanting to write article about you and your company. You see it wasn’t that CF’s food is better than Taco Bell, McDonalds, Burger King, or anywhere else really. It was the simplicity of having respect for the customer. Giving me the experience I can’t find anywhere else.

I would like to say it is going to be “My Pleasure” to serve each and every one of you as the CEO of Pangea. It is my goal to provide you with the best products, services, compensation plan, and most importantly customer service.

2017 is going to be a breakthrough year not only for Pangea, but each and every one of you who decide to lock arms with me and take this industry on.

I look forward to meeting each of you face to face at our first live event, where I give you a big fat check with thousands of dollars on it and you say…thank you and I reply…

“It’s My Pleasure”
